Filippo’s projects focus on social contradictions and issues of change and perceptions in contemporary society. With a keen predisposition for irony and a natural talent to reveal hidden layers, he subtly combines documentary and street photography whith a fresh contemporary style. His work has granted him the Guercino Prize for photography and have been mentioned in other contests such as the Iceberg Prize for reportages. He’s been published on the best Italian and International magazines (among which The New York Times, Herald Tribune, Il Venerdi di Repubblica..). Filippo lives and work in Ferrara.
